Data we collect
Contact, demo and waitlist forms
First name, last name, work e-mail, company and your message (required); phone, job title, country and topic of interest (optional). They are used only to answer your request and are stored in our CRM (Zoho CRM).
Audience measurement, Google Analytics
Only with your consent: aggregated statistics about pages viewed, visit duration, device type and country.
Live chat, Zoho SalesIQ
Only with your consent: the chat widget lets you write to us directly; the messages you type are sent to us.
Preferences stored in your browser
Your cookie choice, animation preference and language (nx-consent, nx-motion, nx-lang) are kept in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us.
Legal bases
- Contact, demo or waitlist request: steps taken at your request before a possible contract.
- Audience measurement and chat: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Recipients
Your data is intended for the Nexflow team. It may be processed by our technical providers within the limits of their mission: Zoho Corporation (CRM and chat), Google (audience measurement, maps) and the website host. These providers may process data outside Tunisia under their own data-protection commitments. We never sell your data.
Retention
- Requests: 3 years after our last exchange, unless a business relationship is ongoing.
- Audience-measurement cookies: 13 months maximum.
- Your preferences: until you change them or clear your browser data.

Your rights
Under Tunisian organic law no. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. Write to contact@nexflow.tn; we answer within one month. You may also contact the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP).
Security
This site is static, served over HTTPS with a strict Content-Security-Policy; forms are sent directly to Zoho CRM over an encrypted connection.
